Just as oil – an essential element of our cuisine – is the ‘raw material’ of painters. And like the painter, our chef plays with combining the tones, nuances, and colours of the raw material to draw a small masterpiece on each plate. Abel Corral
Abel Corral, our executive chef, with deep local roots, began his training as a culinary artist at El Bulli (Ferrán Adriá). He has also worked in the kitchens of Mugaritz (Andoni Luis Aduriz) and has collaborated closely with the great Martín Berasategui.
