Culinary Arts

Whether it’s breakfast, enjoying brunch to recharge, having a cocktail, or indulging in a signature meal… At The Artist – Grand Hotel of Art, gastronomy is a form of expression that, like art, seeks to elevate the experience to nourish the soul and the senses.

Restaurant Olio

Just as oil – an essential element of our cuisine – is the ‘raw material’ of painters. A cuisine for authentic gourmands who also seek to enjoy the experience.

Abel Corral

Abel Corral, our executive chef, with deep local roots, began his training as a culinary artist at El Bulli (Ferrán Adriá). He has also worked in the kitchens of Mugaritz (Andoni Luis Aduriz) and has collaborated closely with the great Martín Berasategui.

The Rooftop

It is said that Frank Gehry himself, when he ascended to the hotel’s rooftop and saw his own work, had to hold onto the railing.
