The Public Relations and Concierge service will assist you in making your experience truly memorable. Our experts will advise you on the best restaurants, shows, and transport options to help you discover every corner of the city and its surroundings. They will also make reservations for the Wellness service.

If you require a wake-up call, please request it from reception by dialing number 9.
VALET PARKING SERVICE
We offer a valet service. If you wish to use our parking, please hand your car key to reception and we will take care of parking your vehicle and keeping the key safe. Guest access to the parking area is not permitted.
Hotel Management is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
YOUR ROOM
LIGHTING
For your convenience, you will find a black “MASTER” switch above the bedside tables, which turns all the lights in your room on or off simultaneously. Please note that once turned off, you will need to press it again if you wish to turn any light back on.
CONNECTIONS
All rooms are equipped with a USB connector to charge your devices, as well as an HDMI connection so you can play your multimedia content directly on the television. If needed, we have connectors available for your device; for more information, please contact reception.

If you would like any additional items, please request them by calling reception.

TURNDOWN SERVICE
We offer turndown service between 18:00 and 21:00. If you would like the service at a specific time to respect your rest, please inform reception.

SHOE SHINE SERVICE
If you would like your shoes polished, please contact reception before midnight and they will be returned early in the morning.
BABYSITTING
If you require babysitting services, we offer a reliable and reputable service. A minimum of two hours is required to make a reservation. Please request it at reception.
LAUNDRY
We offer laundry and ironing services. You will find the laundry bag and price list in your wardrobe.
Washing and ironing of delicate garments is carried out at the client’s own risk. For dry cleaning or any other inquiries, please contact reception.

If you require same-day laundry service, please request it by calling reception before 10:00 h and it will be delivered before 20:00 h; otherwise, your clothes will be delivered the next day.
Express service: A 50% surcharge will be applied to the rate.
IN CASE OF FIRE
Locate the nearest emergency exit on the floor plan.
It is advisable that when you enter your room, you check both the floor plan and the corridor to see where the exits and fire alarms are located.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF FIRE?
If it occurs in your room, notify reception immediately. Then leave the room, closing the door behind you to prevent smoke and fire from spreading into the corridor.
If the fire occurs in other areas of the hotel, try to remain calm and do the following:
• Take your room key card in case you need to return to your room.
• If there is smoke in the corridor when you leave, crouch down to the floor and crawl towards the emergency exit. NEVER USE THE ELEVATOR.
• If there are flames between you and the emergency exit, first make sure there is another exit. If not, return to your room and close the door to prevent smoke and flames from entering. Place a wet towel in the gap under the door.
• Open the window as much as possible to ventilate the room and signal outside by hanging a sheet from it, but do not attempt to climb down using it.
• Fill the bathtub with water, as you may need it at some point, and always keep wet towels within reach.
• Follow the instructions of the hotel staff at all times.
Remember that in fires, most injuries are caused by smoke or gas inhalation. Therefore, it is important to remain as calm as possible and follow these recommendations.
