Abel Corral

Our executive chef, with deep local roots, began his training as a culinary artist at El Bulli (Ferran Adrià). He has also worked in the kitchens of Mugaritz (Andoni Luis Aduriz) and has collaborated closely with the great Martín Berasategui.

Nelson Da Silva

Portuguese nationality, he began his culinary career in renowned kitchens. In 2017, the chef earned the title of Maître Restaurateur and joined the Collège Culinaire de France, an association of chefs led by Alain Ducasse.
